Des raisins sains récoltés à pleine maturité sur un terroir granitique au Lieudit "Saburin" qui veut dire "Savoureux" en vieux français ! Ce Cru Brouilly est structuré et élégant. Il allie finesse et fruité avec ses arômes de fruits rouges mûrs. Sa personnalité s'exprime avec une finale plus sauvage (sous-bois, granit altéré profond).
